Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
• Books: If the delivered book has any printing defect, damaged pages, or missing chapters, the defective book will be replaced after verification. No refund will be issued for book purchases.
• Video Courses: If a course is incorrectly activated or purchased due to an error from CJ Academy, the issue will be resolved by providing the correct course or appropriate assistance after verification.
• Wrong Purchase by Student: If a student purchases the wrong course due to their own mistake, no refund will be provided. Any request for course change will be considered solely at the discretion of CJ Academy.
• Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, lack of usage, scheduling issues, technical incompatibility due to the student's device, or failure to complete the course.
• CJ Academy reserves the right to verify all refund or replacement-related requests before taking any action.
